You get a fixed written price after Avi has seen the space — not a ballpark over the phone that creeps up once the old kitchen is out. If we find something genuinely unexpected behind the gib, we stop and talk to you before anything is spent.
Agreed before we start, on the same page as the price. You’ll know which day you get your kitchen back, so you can plan around it instead of living in limbo.
We don’t disappear onto another job halfway through yours and leave you cooking in the laundry. Your kitchen gets finished before we move on.

It depends on the size of the room, the cabinetry and benchtop you choose, and whether anything is moving. That’s exactly why the quote is free and done on site — a number over the phone would be a guess, and guesses are how budgets blow out.
You’ll get a firm finish date in writing before we start, so you can plan around it. We’ll also tell you which days will be noisy or dusty so you can work from somewhere else if you need to.
