A bathroom is the worst room in the house to have out of action, and the easiest one for a job to quietly overrun. These are the three things we settle first.
You get a fixed written price once Avi has seen the room. Bathrooms hide their surprises behind the wall lining, so if we find rot or a problem with the existing waterproofing, we stop and show you before a dollar is spent.
Agreed before we start, on the same page as the price. If your house has one bathroom, we plan the sequence around that and tell you exactly which days it’s unusable.
We don’t leave a bathroom stripped while we start someone else’s job. Yours gets finished and cleaned up before we move on.

Most bathrooms are out of action for a set stretch in the middle of the job rather than the whole time. You’ll get those exact dates in writing before we start, so you can arrange somewhere else to shower if you need to.
Some do and some don’t — it depends on whether the work touches plumbing, drainage or structure rather than just surfaces. Avi will tell you which category your job falls into at the quote, and if it needs a consent or a licensed plumber or electrician, that gets arranged and priced in rather than sprung on you later.
It’s the part you never see and the part that causes every expensive failure later. It gets done properly and it’s covered by the workmanship guarantee.
